Trading Policies
Unless I've traded with you before, you will need to send me your cards (or items) first. Why? Because I've had bad trades where people never sent me the cards; some even claim to never receive my cards yet later put the exact same cards I sent them for sale on their sites. (Grrr.... ) so while that spoils it for the rest of us, it's just safer for me this way. If you have doubts about sending me cards first, here's some information about me:
I've been trading cards, buying and selling, etc. since 1996. I have positive feedback on eBay / half.com, Yahoo, and Bidville, although I am currently not an avid buyer/seller on the latter two. You can check my ratings; my eBay / half.com id = senshi-mars ; my Yahoo / Bidville id = jadeites-lady. (I would have stuck with senshi-mars, but it seems I wasn't quick enough to register that id first.)
If you still have doubts, you can always send your cards with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation.
That way, if I claim to not have received your cards and you have the proof that I did, you can report me for
mail fraud, etc. When I send cards, I send them with delivery confirmation to ensure you get them and that I have proof that you did. While eBay doesn't require proof, half.com does; so that is now my normal/standard for mailing cards or other items.
Shipping Costs
I only ship through the USPS (United States Postal Service). Sorry, I do not go through UPS or FedEx. I can ship via Media Mail (which takes up to 2-4 weeks for delivery), first class, or priority mail. For rates, you can check the USPS website at: www.usps.com. I may add 1-2 ounces extra for postage, but that's for the packing material (because it adds ounces too), but I basically charge whatever the postage is.
Payment Forms
These are the only payment forms I take:
cash (at your own risk) - please conceal well or send via certified mail
unused US postage stamps
postal money order (or international postal money order)
Sorry, this is difficult for other countries / overseas, but I can't take PayPal from other countries (due to their policies). Yes, I realize other sellers take PayPal, but that is their risk. I will not risk it - Sorry. I have dealt with other countries - United Kingdom (Britain), Germany, Italy, Mexico, Canada and have had successful sales without the use of PayPal. If you need references, please let me know.
If you don't want to send any of the above, you could always buy me what I need and use that to trade. That will just be more bothersome and time-consuming, but that's a last option. Right now, I need the English-Dubbed (DIC/Cartoon Network) versions of Season 1 and 2 (since ADV's boxsets don't have the English edited versions). I don't mind Chinese imports or bootlegs as long as the series is complete (episodes are complete) and not cut off or have wrong vocals with wrong scenes.
